Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: We process and ship out all orders within 48 hours.

  • Wholesale Orders: Please note that standard delivery deadlines do not apply to the wholesale category. The manufacturing time for wholesale products is 4 weeks, plus the shipping time specified below.

Cancellations & Shipped Orders

Important: Once an order has been paid for and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted in transit. If you change your mind after the shipping confirmation email has been sent, you must wait for the package to arrive and then refuse delivery or return it at your own expense. Refunds for cancelled orders are only processed once the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Customers (Customs & Duties)

Orders from outside the EU are subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the shipment reaches your country.

  • The amount is determined by your local customs office; policies vary widely by country.

  • The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

  • We are not responsible for any delays or actions taken by customs authorities during the shipping process.
